Water Tower Plaza is a 0.7-acre park in the heart of Downtown Gilbert’s Heritage District, surrounding the historic Gilbert Water Tower and Historic Adobe Pump House. It features a shaded splash pad, grassy picnic area, water wall, large floating granite ball, and several seating areas for visitors taking a break or enjoying downtown.
